Kettlebell and Functional Fitness Training
Through my own passion for health and fitness I aspire to pass along my knowledge and enthusiasm with workouts that are practical, doable, and beneficial to a healthy lifestyle. I have a passion for developing efficient kettlebell and functional fitness based strength training programs while helping my clients reach their health and fitness goals.
My main focus in personal training is quality of movement and balanced full body strength. My area of specialty revolves around strengthening fundamental movement patterns in a safe, effective, and reasonable way while educating clients on the importance of developing a consistent exercise routine.
I discovered the art of kettlebell training over ten years ago and have made it my primary training tool in my own personal workouts while bringing this efficient training method to clients.
