My training philosophy: I believe that strength training is essential to living an active, healthy, engaged life, especially as we age.
My main focus in personal training is quality of movement and balanced full body strength. My area of specialty revolves around strengthening fundamental movement patterns in a safe, effective, and reasonable way while educating clients on the importance of developing a consistent exercise routine. I help clients reach their health, fitness, and wellness goals through consistency and smart training!
After going through a fitness assessment or the functional movement screen (when appropriate), and discussing your goals, we start from where you currently are and move forward to where you'd like to be!
