My training philosophy is simple - strength training is essential to living an active, healthy, engaged life, especially as we age. My main focus in personal training is quality of movement and balanced full body strength. Training sessions are kettlebell and functional fitness based since my experience has shown this to be an efficient and effective way to help you reach your healthy lifestyle goals.
My area of specialty revolves around strengthening fundamental movement patterns in a safe reasonable way while educating clients on the importance of developing a consistent exercise routine.
As a Personal Trainer I've spent hundreds upon hundreds of hours training clients and attending seminars, conferences, workshops, and home study programs, developing as well as practicing my craft. I'll share with you what I've learned over the years with exercise programs designed specifically for you.
