Kettlebell Swings and Get Ups:
Mobility and dynamic movements.
Crawling (forward, backward, lateral), 5 deep squats, three times.
Get Ups: 10R/10L alternate sides each rep - 20 total
Kettlebell Swings: 20 swings six times - 120 swings total (rest after each set of 20 as needed)

We're heading into June and if getting healthier was part of your New Year's resolution than your exercise routine should now be a habit. You should be confident in the fitness program you're doing and feeling pretty good about what you've accomplished so far.
You look better, you feel better, you move better.
But, if you're like most people, that habit was never quite established. Even though we start out with good intentions the majority of us find it difficult to stick to any type of exercise routine.
Here are some tips that will help you stay on track:
Consistency. Staying consistent with the days you workout will benefit you greatly. Exercise at least every other day, pick which ever days work best for you. By keeping the same days you create structure in your week. This encourages consistency and forms a habit. An example would be Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Timing. The same approach works for the time you decide to exercise. Schedule a time that realistically works for you and keep that same time during the week. Again, you're creating structure which will help you succeed.
Accountability. Being accountable to somebody else often leads to greater success. Hiring a trainer may be the kick start you need to help you develop consistency. You could also work out with a friend or join a class where you'll find encouragement and motivation.
And, so you don't get lost in crowded big box gyms, it's a good idea to check out smaller locally owned facilities. Such as Pilates or yoga studios, or small gyms. They cater more to each individual and care about your success.
By incorporating these three simple tips into your week you'll find it easier to stick with your exercise routine long enough to experience the benefits.
