Here's last night's dinner. It tasted as good as it looks. Recipe Two Organic Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless) 2 Cans V8 Juice (11.5 oz each) Carrots (3 to 5) Onion (1 large) Garlic (1 clove) Worcestershire sauce (1 tablespoon) Salt and Pepper (to taste) Sprinkle chicken with a little salt and pepper and brown in a pan. Put all ingredients in the crock pot. Turn on high. Leave for four to five hours. For a side I'll make rice, quinoa, mashed or baked potatoes, along with some black beans, and sometimes steamed asparagus or broccoli. We always have a green salad. Give it a try. |
