Warm up with some mobility, dynamic movements and crawling

12 Kettlebell Deadlifts (heavy)
3 Chin Ups or Band Assisted Chin Ups
5right/5left Rack Reverse Lunge (kinda heavy)
5right/5left Lunge Position One Arm Row (kinda heavy)
5 Walkouts to Push Ups

Cycle through three times

Finisher

One Arm Kettlebell Swings. 30 seconds on 30 seconds off for 5 minutes (should get in 20 swings every 30 seconds. 100 swings total)

Stretch.  Use a weight that is heavy for you Today.

1 minute Plank

Healthy Delicious Chicken Recipe

I like to use the crock pot for this recipe. Simple and quick. Healthy and delicious.

Here's last night's dinner. It tasted as good as it looks.

Recipe
Two Organic Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless)
2 Cans V8 Juice (11.5 oz each)
Carrots (3 to 5)
Onion (1 large)
Garlic (1 clove)
Worcestershire sauce (1 tablespoon)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Sprinkle chicken with a little salt and pepper and brown in a pan. Put all ingredients in the crock pot. Turn on high. Leave for four to five hours. 

For a side I'll make rice, quinoa, mashed or baked potatoes, along with some black beans, and sometimes steamed asparagus or broccoli.  We always have a green salad.
