Warm Up: Mobility and dynamic movements. Crawling (forward, backward, lateral), 5 deep squats, three times. Workout: Get Ups: 10R/10L alternate sides each rep - 20 total Kettlebell Swings: 20 swings six times - 120 swings total (rest after each set of 20 as needed) Stretch Have a great day:)
