Mat Pilates is a series of whole body exercises performed on the floor using an exercise mat. Attention to breath and form is emphasized to get the most out of each movement.
Mat Pilates sessions will focus on the basic movement patterns from the traditional beginner mat Pilates series. Appropriate for all fitness levels with modifications as needed.
